- Inspections within Yorkshire and the Humber are priced at our standard rate with no travel supplement.
- For locations outside our home region, a travel supplement may apply depending on distance. We'll confirm this clearly when you enquire — no surprises.
- We aim to schedule inspections within five working days of your enquiry. For urgent pre-completion inspections, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
