Pre-completion inspection
Carried out before you legally complete on your new home. This is the strongest position to be in — any snags we find can be raised with your developer before you hand over your money.
We coordinate directly with you to arrange access. Most developers will allow an independent inspector on site before completion. If yours pushes back, we can advise on how to handle it.

Post-completion inspection
Already completed but concerned about the finish? A post-completion inspection gives you a documented snag list to present to your developer within their defects liability period.
Most developers are obligated to remedy defects for two years after completion. A clear, professional snag list puts you in a much stronger position than a verbal complaint.
